Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will be sent to the address provided after your request is approved.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and quality reasons.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
